iPrimary Early Years (EYFS)

A 2 year programme for K and pre-K reception and nursery children. It contains clear and exemplified objectives to help teachers understand the level that children should be working at and how learning progresses over time

Also included are schemes of work, lesson plans, internally assessed progress tests.

The Early Years programme includes:

  • English

  • Maths

  • The World Around Us

iPrimary (Key Stage 1 and 2)

A six year programme for use in International Primary Schools. As well as the curriculum itself, the programme also comes with a wealth of support with sample Schemes of Work, exemplified Units of Work, internally assessed Progress Tests, externally assessed Achievement tests and a comprehensive Professional Development programme – all supported by world-renowned Pearson print and digital courseware.

Based on the latest English National Curriculum (2014), with an international approach.

Written with learners of English as an additional language (EAL) in mind.

Subjects available are:

  • iPrimary Maths

  • iPrimary English

  • iPrimary Science

  • iPrimary Computing

  • Global Citizenship

 

iLowerSecondary (KeyStage 3)

A three year programme for use in International Secondary Schools. As well as the curriculum itself, the programme also comes with a wealth of support with sample Schemes of Work, exemplified Units of Work, internally assessed Progress Tests, externally assessed Achievement tests and a comprehensive Professional Development programme – all supported by world-renowned Pearson print and digital courseware.

Based on the latest English National Curriculum (2014), with an international approach.

International GCSEs (Key Stage 4)

37 subjects are available however at least initially only a small subset will be available in Iraq:

  • Arabic as a 1st Language

  • English (as a 2nd Language)

  • Global Citizenship

  • History

  • Information and Communication Technology / Computer Science

  • Islamic Studies

  • Mathematics

  • Religious Studies

  • Science (both Single and Double, i.e. counts as one or two GCSEs)

 

International Advanced Levels (Key Stage 5 / 6th Form)

International AS/A Levels (IAL) are globally recognised qualifications which open doors to top universities worldwide. Available for 21 subjects, they have a modular structure, yet remain comparable to GCE AS/A levels.

Subjects include:

  • Arabic

  • Biology

  • Chemistry

  • English Language

  • English Literature

  • Geography

  • History

  • Law

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

 

Further / Adult Education

Pearson Edexcel have a number of courses available for teaching English to adults wanting to study and/or work abroad.

  • English for Speakers of Other Languages.

  • PTE (Pearson Test of English) – different levels available. Can be used when apply for UK visas.

  • English as a 2nd Language (international GCSE)
