Prospective Parents

Initially when we open our school it will be for Nursery, Reception and Year 1 only. We may offer places to children up to Year 6 if they come from Private International schools or abroad with a good understanding of English and subject to them passing our entry exam.​
Age of Children
We will be following normal UK age requirements so please check the table below to see which year group your child(ren) will be placed.

As you can see from the table if your child was born between 1/09/2020 and 31/08/2021 your child will be staring in Nursery. If your child was born between 01/09/2018 and 31/08/2019 then your child will be starting in Year 1.

After School Clubs
We are planning on offering various after school activities which will be chargeable.
Fees
There is a non-refundable application fee that must be paid when you hand in your application form.

Currently the annual fees are:
The fee can be split into three, four, six or eight instalments but MUST be paid in advance.

Discounts
The following discounts are available:

For residents of Nasim city a flexible instalment plan - allowing payment monthly for 10 months;

For non residents a further discount of 5% if paid in full at time of registration.

Resources
In addition to the main fee there is an additional resource fee to cover the costs of textbooks, workbooks, activity books, photocopying of other resources and also to cover the cost of licenses and subscriptions to digital resources, from the likes of Pearson.

This fee is 225,00IQD per year.
Meals
We offer three meals a day including breakfast, snacks and lunch.​ These are not compulsory, children are welcome to bring their own packed lunch and healthy snacks.

Breakfast Club (including breakfast) is 30,000IQD per month (and starts at 7:50)
Lunch and snack is 50,000IQD per month

Transportation
At present as most families live in or very close to the school we have chosen to not run a bus service this year.
​
However, when there is sufficient demand we will have a fleet of new buses that will collect children from around most areas of Baghdad. Every bus will be air-conditioned and have CCTV cameras.​
